At Nature So Good, we offer prenatal Yoga classes and pregnancy Yoga alongside our core offering of in-person and online Yoga classes. Yoga is not only a doctrine that is studied theoretically, but also above all an applicable philosophy. It can teach you how to master yourself and improve your life.

We recommend that you practice Yoga at the same time and place so you can effectively analyse changes. You will become enthusiastic by practising in the morning to counter stiffness while also remaining cautious to avoid hurting yourself

Yoga Class Timetable
The following remote adult Yin Yoga classes are currently running:
Mondays – 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Fridays – 5:30pm - 6:30pm
All classes are £8 per class
These classes are delivered on a one to one or small private group basis via Zoom.
Private In-Person Yoga Classes
Nature So Good offer private in-person yoga classes on request. Nicole is happy to come to your house if it is within a reasonable distance of Ringwood, Hampshire. If you would like to arrange a yoga class outside of this area, please contact Nicole.
