Yoga builds strength and confidence, improves flexibility and balance and promotes spiritual peace and contentment.

Yoga is not exclusive but for every-body: young, old, male, female, flexible, not-so-flexible, patient and less patient, religious or not religious.

Yoga, is not only a doctrine that is studied theoretically, but above all an applicable philosophy. It can teach you how to master yourself and your life.

The premises of the yoga
we practice are

  • Focus your attention:
    lock the attention within your body
  • Be aware of your breath:
    Inhalation can lift you better into many postures and create a healthy internal tension and stability in the torso
  • Properly moving into and out of postures:
    being physically and mentally silent when you are in a posture is very soothing but to fully connect to that state it is important to know how we got into the posture, meaning to really enjoy we have to move in and out of postures slowly and consciously
  • Cultivate regularity, enthusiasm and caution:
    try to practice at the same time and at the same place to be able to better analyse changes. Be enthusiastic especially practicing in the morning to counter stiffness, and be cautious to avoid hurting yourself.
  • Cultivate patience:
    think of a tortoise – be patient to move forward steadily, no matter how slow the progress. Remember that the benefits of yoga go beyond getting stronger and more flexible.

Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts. This is the secret of success.

Tuesdays 9:30am-10:30am at RINGWOOD Health Clinic all levels are welcome. Please RSVP before attending since there is limited space

Wednesdays 17:00-18:00 at Ringwood Health Clinic all levels welcome. Please RSVP before attending. 

Private classes one to one available. I am happy to come to your house in and small radius around Ringwood. 


Pay as you go class: £10/class

Block payment (weeks depend on school term time): £8.50/class 

One-to-one classes: £25/hour
